We are looking for a Contract Manager to lead and coordinate the fulfilment of contract requirements within our Data Centre Solutions division. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-value contracts, ensuring operational and financial commitments are met and exceeded.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contract Oversight: Review, interpret, and analyse contract and service agreements to ensure compliance with legal and corporate guidelines.
  • Negotiation & Compliance: Negotiate contract terms, manage amendments, and monitor fulfilment of contractual obligations.
  • Customer & Supplier Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Supplier Performance Management: Lead the administration and execution of supplier performance programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Financial & Risk Management: Provide recommendations on contract extensions, cost control, and risk mitigation.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team, ensuring alignment with company values and driving professional growth.


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 4 years of contract management experience in a commercial or technical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of business law, contracting principles, and industry compliance.
  • Ability to negotiate, interpret, and manage contracts with confidence.
  • Advanced financial knowledge, with the ability to conduct financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract database systems.
  • C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications (preferred but not required).
