Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Contracts Manager located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Account Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing engineering & building maintenance contracts, ensuring efficient service delivery, and matching operational requirements for a best-in-class service provision.
Qualifications
- Contract Management, Account Management, and Service Delivery skills
- Experience in managing engineering and building maintenance contracts
- Knowledge of facilities support and operational requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with professional facilities teams
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
