Contract Type: Full-Time, TemporaryAbout the Role Are you passionate about ensuring residents receive the best possible service? We are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team, playing a vital role in supporting residents through capital investment works. You’ll be the key point of contact, ensuring clear communication, resolving concerns, and enhancing resident satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: ? Act as the primary contact for residents affected by investment works, attending pre-work surveys.? Organise and lead resident engagement meetings, ensuring concerns are addressed.? Regularly visit sites to keep residents informed about ongoing and upcoming works.? Prepare and deliver pre-work information packs for residents.? Support resident involvement in focus groups and service development meetings.? Assist in conducting health & safety spot checks.? Manage and resolve complaints, working closely with the customer experience team.? Analyse resident feedback and satisfaction data to drive service improvements.? Maintain accurate records and reports, presenting findings when required.? Promote self-service options via customer portals.What We’re Looking For: ? Experience in Property/Asset Management or a similar resident-focused role.? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.? Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve service delivery.? Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.? Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.? Knowledge of resident involvement, consultation, and customer service best practices.?
