KM Recruitment is seeking a Team Leading Assessor for a home/field-based position with a salary range of £30,000 to £32,000, depending on experience.
The role involves training and assessing learners in Team Leading at Level 3 and delivering Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT to level 2.
Candidates must hold a recognized Assessor award and have experience delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading at Level 3.
Strong Team Leading competency and flexibility with travel are required, along with comfort in online and group-based training delivery.
This is a full-time, permanent position, and applicants who do not receive feedback within four days are considered unsuccessful.

Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading at Level 3 via a blended learning approach.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.

Criteria:

Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading at Level 3.
Must hold strong Team Leading competency.
Must be flexible with travel as required.
Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.
