Are you customer service driven and have at least 2 years experience in Account Handling and Insurance? Morton Michel are looking for an Account Handler who is looking for their next step.  Here at Morton Michel, we are a close-knit team that take pride in our ability to deliver a first-class service to our Clients.   • Communicate with Clients using a variety of customer contact systems, e.g. phone, e-mail, MS teams.
  • Provide Clients with relevant product information that is clear, fair and not misleading allowing them help their client to make an informed decision
  • Deliver against a set of Key Performance Indicators that will be provided to you by your line manager
  • Provide a great Account Handling experience that enables higher sales conversion and retention performance.
  • Demonstrate ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Experience:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Account Handling and Insurance ideally working with Clients of a commercial nature.
  • Computer literate – demonstrate use of MS Office
  • Excellent Account Handling skills
  • Rapport building skills to be able to speak with our Clients and build relationships
  • Can-do positive attitude towards Clients and team member alike
  • Self-driven to continuously improve performance
  • It would be desirable if you have experience of using Acturis
