Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well known organisation based in Purley, who are looking for Contact Centre Agents to join their buzzy team!

This is very different to the average Contact Centre role; you will be handling incoming calls and taking information, asking questions to ensure high quality of information is obtained, liaising with internal and external contacts, and providing important input into the outcome of each and every call. You will handle and resolve complaints regarding order and delivery issues.

Specific responsibilities of the role:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Asking pertinent questions to obtain accurate information
  • Resolving issues
  • Handling complaints
  • High volume call handling
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience ideally in a telephone based role
  • If not, experience in a customer service environment such as pubs/retail would be great
  • Confident and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
