This is great opportunity for someone with a background in sales/customer service to join a friendly team in a fast-paced environment.

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service, with a persuasive manner? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial? If so, I am representing a key client of ours who is looking for a customer service account executive.

As a Customer Service Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for their Fulfilment Clients. To understand their unique requirements and deliver top-notch customer support via telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities as Customer Service Account Executive:

  • Maintain regular contact with clients and work to individual targets
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Making initial contact with customer
  • Quoting and
  • Follow up with quoted customers to turn enquiry to booking
  • Liaising with couriers and operations to book jobs in
  • Providing customer care and customer service
  • Obtaining payments and documents for shipping
  • Assisting with customer queries
  • Assisting warehouse and duties in warehouse for labelling packages, warehouse organisation

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
