We have a super new role in for a Customer Service Advisor to work for one of our lovely clients in Croydon. This would be on a hybrid schedule, working 35 hours per week.
This role involves liaising with teams to improve service delivery, identifying recurring customer concerns , supporting equality and diversity, and inclusion initiatives, and assisting in proficiency and the ability to handle situations, professionally.
- To act as the first point of contact for customer queries and external organisations
- Daily use of CRM management system and keep it up to date and maintained with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Meet and greet customers.
- Monitor customer Email and reply within SLA timescales.
- Support the customer service team.
- Log work and maintenance that needs to be carried out.
- Keep customers up to date with work and schedules.
- General administration duties, including compliance and GDPR for business processes.
- Manage and respond to complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- You will have excellent customer service skills.
- A team member who uses initiative.
- IT Literate with EXCEL.
