Day-to-day of the role:- Work as part of a dedicated complaints team to ensure we provide appropriate resolutions for our customers.
- Investigate complaints and member enquiries, providing timely responses that offer full explanations and, wherever possible, resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer engagement, ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism.
- Utilise excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Must have prior experience in handling complaints.
- Proven track record of excellent customer engagement skills.
