We are seeking two compassionate and friendly Customer Solutions Coordinators to join our team on an ongoing temp basis. If you are passionate about making a real difference and delivering exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work as part of a dedicated complaints team to ensure we provide appropriate resolutions for our customers.
  • Investigate complaints and member enquiries, providing timely responses that offer full explanations and, wherever possible, resolutions.
  • Maintain high standards of customer engagement, ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism.
  • Utilise excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.

  • Must have prior experience in handling complaints.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
