We are looking for a Experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisory to deliver a high-quality, proactive employee relations advisory and support service to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with Trust policies, best practices, and employment law.
Responsibilities include managing employee relations cases, upskilling managers, and supporting staff through HR processes.

Main Responsibilities include:
  • Provideadvice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to employees and staff side representatives.
  • Offer first-point contact HR support to designated directorates/teams
  • Manage formal processes in accordance with HR policies and support line managers and formal hearing panels, including dismissal hearings.
  • Collaborate with the Health & Wellbeing Team and Occupational Health to develop support packages for staff.
  • Promote effective sickness management strategies and support staff return-to-work processes.
  • Lead and support consultation and restructuring processes, including redundancy and redeployment support.
  • Contribute to the authoring and updating of HR policies, guidance, and documents.
About You:
  • Ability to demonstrateexperience in providing a wide range of operational employee relations services to staff at all levels within a complex, environment.
  • Proven experience in designing and facilitating management training and briefing sessions on HR policies and procedures, and effectively managing staff.
  • Experience in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with changes to employment law, Trust values, and/or case law.
  • Understanding and practical experience of job evaluation processes.
