We are seeking a diligent Warranty Administrator to join a great client of ours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, dealers, and manufacturers, as well as strong organizational abilities to manage warranty records effectively.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process warranty claims with accuracy and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Review warranty policies and procedures regularly to ensure they meet industry standards and company requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding the status and details of warranty claims.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to gather all necessary information and documentation for processing warranty claims.
  • Maintain organized warranty records and files for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Assist in resolving any warranty disputes or issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in warranty administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software for data entry, record keeping, and documentation management.
