Day-to-day of the role:- Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, including handling deliveries, placing orders, and addressing customer queries.
- Focus on people management and performance, including organising holiday rotas and leading a diverse team.
- Drive the achievement of store sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, minimise costs, and optimise operational efficiency.
- Prepare to step into the Store Manager’s role in their absence, ensuring smooth continuity of store operations.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility in work hours, including availability for weekends and evening shifts as required.
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of managing, developing, and leading teams.
