A great opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our team at 'Enclave: Croydon’, our brand-new, market leading, 50-storey Co-Living tower in Croydon.

We’re looking for someone with experience, positivity and commitment.

With 817-apartments, this isn’t a role for the faint-hearted, but it is a unique opportunity to be part of something record-breaking and help forge the Enclave brand.

Key responsibilities:

Customer service and team

  • Contribute to a happy, motivated and ambitious team that’s task driven.
  • High level of customer service, ensuring residents have the best possible experience and become our ambassadors.
  • Undertake housekeeping tasks both in amenity areas and within apartments to a high standard.
  • Contribute to ensuring the site is always compliant, with high standards of health and safety.
  • Deal with complaints with empathy, and praise with modesty.

Operational/Compliance

  • Ensure housekeeping tasks are carried out in line with the Outpost Response Matrix
  • Review site risk assessments and ensure proper safety techniques are followed at all times.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to the Facilities Manager and ensure they’re recorded correctly.
  • Maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure cleanliness throughout communal refuse and recycling areas.
  • Assist in moving furniture and other items around site as and when required.
  • Offer suggestions to improve operational performance.

This role includes a 5% discretionary bonus.
