Daniel Owen Agency are currently looking for a Head of Train/Bus Driving, Development and Competence, based in East Croydon. Ideal candidates must have experience within the Transport Driving, Development and Competence industry.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as the Head of Train/Bus Driving, Development and Competence. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our driving standards and training programs to ensure the safety and efficiency of our operations.



Duties:

  • Oversee the assessment and competence evaluation of all driving staff to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of driving training programs for train and bus operators.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to maintain and enhance safety protocols and operational guidelines.
