We are seeking motivated and passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our vibrant schools in the Croydon and Sutton areas. As an ECT, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified teachers to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Day to Day of the role:

• Planning and setting lessons that engage and challenge students.

• Supporting students with their learning, social, and mental development.

• Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Participating in extracurricular activities and contributing to the school’s community.

• Maintaining a commitment to all children and discussing their progress with parents.

• Ensuring the implementation of school policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Teacher Qualifications (QTS, PGCE, TEACH FIRST, etc.).

• Enthusiasm and outstanding subject knowledge to engage students.

• A proven track record of planning and assessing lessons to ensure student progress.

• Positive and proven behaviour management strategies.

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to undertake one.
