We are seeking skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioners to join our team in Croydon. Our nursery is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, featuring bright, spacious indoor rooms and fabulous outdoor areas. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated individuals who are passionate about early childhood education.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan and implement educational activities that meet the individual needs of children in accordance with the EYFS.
- Monitor and record the progress of the children and plan accordingly to their individual needs.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for the children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their children’s development and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children’s development and activities.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare and development.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent.
- Level 2/3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and Statutory framework.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to use your own initiative.
- Demonstrable passion for working with children and ensuring their developmental progress.
