Academics are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join a wonderful Primary School in Croydon, covering maternity leave.
Responsibilities: Maternity Cover Teacher - KS1 - Croydon
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum for KS1 Students.
- Plan, prepare, and assess students' work to ensure progression and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging a love for learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils' educational and emotional needs.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Requirements: Maternity Cover Teacher - KS1 - Croydon
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a UK primary school.
- Proven experience teaching across KS1.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching styles to meet individual pupil needs.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to safeguarding and pupil well-being.
