Job Title: Nursery and Primary Teaching Assistant

Location: New Addington

Contract: Full-Time, Starting February

A welcoming nursery and primary school with a Catholic ethos in New Addington is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join their team in February. This full-time role offers the opportunity to support children across the early years and primary phases, making it ideal for someone passionate about education and working in a faith-based environment.

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities for nursery and primary-aged children.
• Support the emotional, social, and academic development of pupils in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1/2 frameworks.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that reflects the school's Catholic values.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to ensure the wellbeing and progress of each child.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Experience working with children in a nursery or primary school setting.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
