An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in New Addington from April 2025. This full-time role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about education and looking to gain hands-on classroom experience, particularly in Key Stage 1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils with their learning.
  • Assist with classroom preparation, resource organisation, and behaviour management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help pupils develop key literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Supervise pupils during break times and extracurricular activities.
