About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support students' learning and development. Whether providing one-to-one support or assisting in small groups, you'll help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Providing tailored support to meet individual student needs.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a love of learning.
What We're Looking For
- A Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
- Experience working with primary school-aged children.
- A proactive and patient attitude with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
