Our client is an established and well-respected provider of supported housing, providing care and support to their residents in extra care sheltered schemes through their passionate, caring, and professional onsite care team.

They are looking for a likeminded Weekend Senior Carer or Manager to join to be the responsible person to ensure that the objectives of the Scheme are met as well as the operational and management policies are adhered to. You will be required to provide a supportive environment and ensure the physical, mental and social wellbeing of their tenants.

This is a great opportunity for a senior carer wishing to step up or an existing manager who can work weekend, and both will be considered for the role - more importantly they are looking for someone with great leadership skills that can look after their tenants and be a good role model for the staff.

Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you'll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents. An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required.

On applying for this vacancy, you agree that your personal details will be passed onto our client, (or any third parties we have dealings with) for their consideration of your suitability for the role. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to notify teqniq of any hirer who I do not want my details to be passed onto.
