- £40,000–£45,000 salary + £2,000 location allowance
- Overtime: 1.33x (Weekdays), 1.5x (Saturdays), 2.0x (Sundays & Bank Holidays)
- 24 days holiday (rising to 28) + Birthday off

- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on high-spec machinery
- Diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical faults
- Installing and commissioning new equipment at customer sites
- Advising clients on technical issues and delivering excellent customer service
- Completing service records and job reports accurately
- Attending industry training and staying updated on the latest techniques
- Strong electro-mechanical background (any industry considered)
- Previous field service experience is a bonus
- Confident with fault finding and reading schematics
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in the field
