Electrician

My client is a leading social housing outfit. With over 15 contracts working on behalf of different councils and housing associations all over the London Boroughs, they are looking to expand their team due to their influx of work and are after skilled Electrician to join their team. 

We are looking for an Electrician based in and around the Borough of Croydon.

Temp to permanent (£24 per hour - £52k per year)Croydon

42.5 hour week 

Responsibilities for the Electrician role:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Qualifications for the Electrician role:

• NVQ level 3
• 18th Edition 
• 2391 - Test and Inspection (preferred)
• Experience working in social housing or similar environments.
