Hours: 42.5 Hours - Mon To Fri
We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to join our clients team within the Reactive Maintenance Division. Based from the Croydon office, you will be responsible for covering the surrounding areas and working on our social housing contract. The primary focus of this role is to complete repairs and renewals, ensuring first-time fixes and delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely and productive manner, while consistently providing excellent customer service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out repair and renewal works within the scope of electrical tasks and collaborate with associated trades
Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in line with technical standards
Communicate effectively with residents, schedulers, and line managers
Adhere to Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements to maintain a safe working environment
Stay current with technical and legal requirements related to your trade
Work alongside other operatives to complete repairs when needed
Accurately complete timesheets and work sheets, detailing work undertaken and materials used, via a PDA
You will need:
- A full UK driving licence
Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Installation
18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician who can bring their expertise to deliver high-quality repair works and small projects. You should be confident in managing your own workload and ideally have experience in the housing maintenance sector.
