Spencer & James are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Electrician to join a Top 10 Tier 1 Principal Contractor in South London. If you have a proven track record in social housing reactive maintenance and are looking for stability with career progression, this role is for you!
Your Role:As a MaintenanceElectrician, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of electrical maintenance services across South London. Work assignments will be sent via a PDA device, and youll keep track of jobs and materials with daily work sheets. This is a mobile role, so a full UK drivers license is essential.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Conduct electrical repairs, renewals, and installations in void and occupied properties.
- Maintain high-quality work standards while adhering to schedules.
- Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
- Full UK Drivers License.
- Electrical Level 3 NVQ qualification.
- 18th Edition certification.
- 2931 Testing and Inspection or equivalent (ideal but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in social housing maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional workmanship.
