Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all accounting and financial matters.
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Review and supervise the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts for clients.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, assisting them in achieving their financial goals.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and supporting their success.
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse client portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
