As an experienced Paraplanner, you’ll be expected to bring your extensive industry experience to the table, assisting senior advisors with the preparation of complex financial plans, conducting detailed research and providing high quality suitability reports and recommendations. Your contribution will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients continue to receive the top-tier advice and service they expect from a leading firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive suitability reports, financial planning documents, and client proposals
  • Conduct detailed product and strategy research, ensuring all recommendations align with clients’ financial gaols
  • Collaborate with senior advisors to deliver bespoke financial plans and strategies
  • Manage and prioritise a caseload of clients, ensuring high levels of service and attention to detail
  • Ensure all relevant documentation and correspondence is uploaded to the correct client records on the back-office system and named in accordance with Company procedures
  • Create, manage, and complete tasks on the back-office system in accordance with Company procedures
  • Completion of other reasonable duties, as defined by the Senior Management Team.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of paraplanning experience within financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles, products and regulations
  • Ability to produce high-quality, accurate reports and suitability letters
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Progress towards or completion of Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of financial planning software and platforms is desirable.
