Academics are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Unqualified Teacher. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education, have experience working with children, and are considering a teaching career but do not yet hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Key Responsibilities: Unqualified Teacher - Primary School - Croydon
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers
- Support the learning and development of pupils in a classroom setting
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
- Assess pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other support staff
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
- Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and health & safety protocols
