Timeplan Education is seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to work in an alternative provision in Croydon. Our school is looking for Behaviour Mentors that have experience in coaching, mentoring, and lending assistance in a classroom setting. Ideal candidates must feel comfortable dealing with SEMH, very complex behaviour needs and trauma.

Experience of working with children or adults in an education setting is desired, along with a willingness to learn. All positions will start on timesheets via the agency in the first instance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting children or young adults with SEMH, complex behaviour and trauma* Able to stay calm and de-escalate distressed Behaviour * Valid Enhanced DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one* Available 5-days a week
