The BIM Technician position is located in Croydon with a salary of up to £35,000 plus a package.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Revit Technician, specifically in draughting MEP services.
The role requires creating technical drawings to BS ISO 128 series standards and proficiency in Navisworks and Autocad.
Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, communication skills, and be team players, while the right to work in the UK is preferred.
Preferred qualifications include a degree or HNC/HND in a relevant field and experience working at an M&E contractor, ideally mechanical.

BIM Technician:

Location: Croydon

Salary: up to £35,000 + package

A Revit Technician with 2 years’ experience accustomed to draughting MEP services
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Capable of creating technical drawings to BS ISO 128 series standards for mechanical, electrical and public health systems
Experience using Navisworks & Autocad
Within commutable distance of East Croydon Station
Attention to detail, great communication, inquisitive, team player
Right to work in the UK

Preferred but not essential:

Degree, HNC/HND or other relevant higher education qualification in construction/mechanical/ electrical engineering/project management or similar
Experience working at an M&E contractor, ideally mechanical
Experience being based on site
CSCS card
