The ideal candidate will have experience in secondary teaching and be proficient in managing KS3 and KS4 curriculum. Responsibilities include supervising classes, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher. Strong classroom management skills, adaptability, and the ability to engage students effectively are essential.
