Forklift Engineer

We are currently recruiting a Forklift Engineer
Further to continued growth and expansion, We are looking to recruit full time Workshop Forklift Engineer based in our very busy Croydon factory.

The main duties of Forklift Engineer would include the full refurbishment of a wide range of gas, diesel and electric forklift trucks and associated materials handling equipment plus carrying out repairs, hire preparation, pre-delivery inspections and planned preventative maintenance routines on Company and Customer owned equipment.

Previous forklift engineer experience of working within the Materials Handling Industry is preferable but not essential as candidates from associated industries i.e. plant machinery, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, HGVs or LGV's will be considered for these positions.

Training will also be provided for the successful candidates.

The role of forklift engineer is a full time position and requires a flexible approach to working hours.

Salary 35,000 - 40,000 per year
