We are seeking a talented Housing Digital Systems Manager for our client in Croydon, a key player in delivering innovative housing solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the strategic management of their NEC Housing application and ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Leadership: Ensure the NEC Housing application is technically supported and effectively utilized to enhance business processes, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Product Management: Adopt a proactive approach to manage the ongoing roadmap for technical updates, system configurations, and service improvements.
  • Agile Transformation: Champion user-centred and agile methodologies to modernize systems and service management practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous enhancement through user engagement and the adoption of service management best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main liaison between housing services and the NEC Housing system, influencing key decisions and aligning system capabilities with legislative requirements.
