You would be part of a small friendly housing association (not for profit) committed to ‘delivering on our promises’ and providing a high-quality service to both our staff and residents.

As HR Assistant you would be supporting our HR Officer with recruitment and onboarding along with generalist administrative duties 4 days a week, plus 1 day a week on our EDI data project, with the expectation of working 1 to 2 days in the office.

Key skills:

  • Knowledge of HR/Recruitment
  • 2 GCSEs Maths & English
  • Advanced IT knowledge & skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel) & confidence in using specialist software packages
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong Attention to detail particularly data entry accuracy
  • Team player
  • Plan & organise own workload
  • Upmost discretion with personal data
