A leading HVAC hard FM contractor currently has key requirements for a Mobile Fabric Technician to cover Commercial Buildings in London. As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be:

• Mobile Fabric Technician will be completing painting and decorating
• Mobile Fabric Technician will be able to fix doors and change locks and floor matching
• Mobile Fabric Technician will be able to work on a call out rota of 1 in 8 weeks, the retainer is negotiable
• Mobile Fabric Technician you will be able fix minor leaks or 'make safe'
• Mobile Fabric Technician will be covering sites within London and surrounding areas

Requirements for the Mobile Fabric Technician:

• Mobile Fabric Technician will be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner
• Mobile Fabric Technician will have experience in painting & decorating and/ or carpentry
• Mobile Fabric Technician will have a Full Clean UK driving license
• Mobile Fabric Technician will be in genuine commutable distance to Croydon

Mobile Fabric Technician: - Up to 36k-45k basic (dependent on experience) + Callout + Van + Fuel card + Overtime
