Provisioning Agent | Order Fulfilment (Telecoms, IT)

You will be based in Croydon working onsite in a small, established team.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally have experience of working in the telecoms and connectivity sector and have knowledge of BT / Openreach procedures.
• Knowledge of TalkTalk, Virgin and Sky systems desirable
• Provisioning / order fulfilment experience

Main responsibilities

• Assisting with the provisioning and delivery of leased lines, broadband connections and number porting
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure faults are handled in a timely manner
• Interact with clients over tickets, emails and calls
