My client is looking for a Repairs Manager for a role based in Croydon

What You'll Do
- Supervise and guide a team, including Supervisors, Planners, Administrators, and Operatives, to deliver outstanding service.
- Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and ensure contract objectives are met.
- Oversee the scheduling of complex, multi-trade repairs to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Enforce compliance with key policies on attendance, driving, mobile device use, and workplace safety.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to resolve invoicing issues and optimize contract performance.
- Champion Health and Safety compliance across all operations, adhering to the contractor's framework and standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Significant experience in the Repairs and Maintenance sector.
- A strong history of managing large-scale maintenance contracts and diverse teams.
- Expertise in Health and Safety protocols and compliance.
- A commercial mindset with a proven ability to enhance contract profitability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A full UK driving licence.
