Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Bluebell Building Group Ltd are a Property Maintenance Company, based in Warlingham Surrey. Mainly our work is located in South West London though we do cover all of London, some parts of Kent and Surrey. We carry out diagnostics, repairs and planned installations for Domestic and Small commercial properties. We are expanding into other areas and so it's an exciting time to become part of the team. We take huge pride in Technical Skill & Customer Service, so you must be highly experienced in domestic Plumbing (skills required shown below) along with having great communication and personal skills. We will consider employed or self employed for the right candidates, as we are a growing company. For us diversity of skill is important and reflects in salary. As we are a growing company there is also opportunity for the right candidate to work their way up into Estimation or Management Role in future should they wish.

Type Of Skills Required(Preferably all highly competent but if not a specialism in one with basic knowledge of the rest) :

• Toilet/Tap/Shower - repairs/installation
• Radiator installation and repair
• Heating controls installation
• Installation of all pipework and regulations
• Tank/Cylinder Installations
• Cylinder/Tank Repairs
• Servicing & Heating Repairs
• Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
• Pump and Valve installation
• System configuration knowledge
• Underfloor heating diagnostics
• Bathroom Installation

Bonus Skills:

• Advanced wiring knowledge
• Electric Boiler & heating system knowledge
• Drainage Knowledge
• Commercial Heating/Gas/Plumbing experience

What must you have?

• You must have a full clean U.K driving license
• You must have at least 5 Years Experience
• You must have your own basic tools
• You must be able to provide 2 work references and examples
• You must live within 10 miles of our Head Office CR6 9DS. Reliably commute / confident driving in and around London.

Licence/Certification:

• ACS Qualification (Desired) - Salary would also reflect this if held.
• G3 Qualified (Desired) Salary would also reflect this if held.
• Driving Licence (required)
• Unvented Water Qualification (required)
