I urgently require an HR Advisor to work in central Croydon. The role is an immediate start and is expected to last a minimum of 3 months most of which will be in the office. Working in a head office environment, you will provide multi-site support to a number of onsite HR staff. The topics you will be advising on will be mainly concerning;

Support with interpretation of T&Cs and HR Policies and procedures
Support with a range of employee relations cases
Provide HR generalist advice and good knowledge of HR Processes and up to date employment law
Report to HR Business Partner
CIPD Level 5 part qualified or equivalent by experience
