Sonic Summary

The company is seeking a Regional HR/ER Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support across their sites.
Candidates should have experience in employee relations (ER) and a proven track record in managing complex ER cases.
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships, with responsibilities including supporting change management and employee engagement.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 per year and requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, able to prioritize their workload, and possess a driving license for site travel.

The role: They have a need for a Regional HR/ER Advisor to support their sites with all aspect of HR . This is a great role for a person with ER experience, who is looking to build on their experience. Someone who wants an autonomous role that progress very quickly. Your duties would include

Key responsibilities

End to end ER support including complex onesvia phone, email and face to face
Supporting change management projects
Prioritising workload
Relationship building
Employee engagement / staff retention
Supporting a business going through change
Travel to sites when needed
General HR reporting

We are looking for someone who is a proven relationship builder, a good communicator (phone, email, face to face, able to support remotely)

Skills & qualifications

End to end complexER case management
Highly organised, proven experience of prioritising your own caseload
Previous experience of working in a similar fast paced environment
Driving licence and car/ able to travel
