Compensation and benefits

Base Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per annum.

Paid monthly commission: 500 Per placement, paid monthly in arrears based on placed candidates.

On target earnings (OTE): 100,000 per annum, Inclusive of base salary and commissions, based on achieving 10 deals per month.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and playing a key part in the continued growth of Remote Choice.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead Generation and Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and negotiations.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs to feed back to the marketing team.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans alongside the marketing team to achieve sales targets.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals and client requirements.
  • Provide feedback on candidate performance and client needs.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track, analyse, and report on sales metrics and performance against targets.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management.

Compliance and Professionalism:

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
