The Role: We’re delighted to be looking for a Cloud Computing Support Apprentice to join out IT Service Delivery team on a 24-month Apprenticeship.

Salary: £22,250 per annum -- plus Civil Service PensionContract Type: 24 Month Apprenticeship programmeLocation: Croydon office location, with Hybrid working

Our Croydon office is just across the road from East Croydon station, which is around 15 minutes from Victoria or London Bridge, 10 minutes from Clapham Junction or half an hour from St Pancras.

The position will be a customer-facing member of the team and offers an opportunity for an individual who is looking to pursue a career within IT. The role will provide opportunities to investigate and fix IT service components and to rotate across service delivery areas on a regular basis. Reacting to challenges and cover for colleagues as necessary is an essential part of this position.

Entry requirements:

  • Our ideal applicant will hold at minimum of 3 GCSE's (or equivalent at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject 
  • And GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (C or above) 

They must be able to show the willingness and desire to want to work within IT and demonstrate the ability to complete a range of work using a methodical, step-by-step approach to resolving issues.

PLEASE NOTE: You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar discipline – this is important – so someone with Level 3 IT or an IT related degree would not be eligible.
