The Role: 

The G6 programme manager will be responsible for leading the MIDAS (Managing Integrated Data Application Solutions) Transformation Programme. It is a large programme of work to manage the technical and business teams’ transformation to new technology and ways of working.

 The MIDAS Transformation work is structured into workstreams, based on scope and nature of transformation. Currently the workstreams have been defined as:

·      MVP and Base/Non-ISA WRs

·      ISA/CICO

·      DSA Reuse and Alignment

·      Interfaces & Working Practices

·      Data Pipeline Upscaling (maybe owned outside MIDAS Transformation but will need specific focus)

·      PCDP Adoption & EDB

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage and refine the MIDAS programme Delivery Approach and Implementation Plans

·      Support the Delivery Managers and teams to manage, negotiate and resolve any issues in dependency acceptance and commitment.

·      Support the provision of resources and management of funding forecasts and actuals.

·      Conduct reporting and updates to key programme boards and governance forums.

·      Manage supplier and team performance, to include the use of metrics and outcomes.

·      Engage with key stakeholders within DSA and the wider stakeholder community to gain buy in to plans and approach.

·      Provide due diligence to implementation/delivery plans to assess achievability and risk mitigation activities.

·      Ensure final solution is in line with technology strategy and enables MIDAS to continue delivering their product and service offering.

·      Build a collaborative and team based working environment where all teams involved are working to common and aligned objectives and project processes.
