They are currently seeking a Motor Claims Handler to join their team in Croydon.

In this role, you will be the dedicated Claims Handler for a key client, where you will oversee their entire claims portfolio, from small losses to more complex and high value losses.  As well as managing the claims process end to end, you will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and post related to claims, advising clients on the claims process, and accurately recording real-time date. You will monitor new claims to ensure they are handled within service level agreements and manage all associated reports and diaries. This role requires precise matching of post and diary entries, as well as keeping the Claims Manager informed of any issues or complaints. You will ensure full compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.

To be considered, you will be an experienced Motor Claims Handler, dealing with commercial and/or corporate clients and ideally be from a broking environment.  You will have strong analytical and decision-making skills, along with excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
