Are you an enthusiastic and ambitious individual interested in joining a growing and successful insurance broking team as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler.Day to day responsibilitiesYou will be involved in a broad range of activities including the following:
- New business quotations, adjustments and renewals learning about different insurance products
- Input information onto our insurance broking system, Acturis
- Manage telephone calls both inbound and outbound
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers and suppliers
Person Specification
- Good standard of general education and literacy
- Willingness to be flexible, learn and progress
- Confident Acturis user
- Attention to detail with good self-management skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Reliable and supportive team player
