Croydon /Hybrid Model
to £35,000 + monthly paid bonus between £400-900
Our client are a market leading specialty Brokerage and they are looking to hire 4 Commercial Account Handlers in Croydon for a newly created 'advisedbroking’ service team.
You will be part of a team that manage insurances for Nursery businesses throughout the UK, from small 1 location nurseries to multiple premises.
Providing a 1-2-1 service to clients will be an integral part of your role, as you will manage your own allocation of clients, dealing with renewals, MTAs and new business quoting. You will also support Senior Broking Executive with larger and more complex portfolio cases where premiums can be in excess of £100k!
Products will be property & casualty led, followed by management liability, Cyber, D&O and more - all of which training will be provided on.
Broking methods are super interesting and include both open market presentation work and using your risk instinct to rate internally on binders, using your own personal underwriting authority.
The ideal individual will bring with them a positive, inquisitive and ambitious approach and have at least 8-12 months+ experience in Insurance renewal advising/account handling. In return my client can provide development plans, opportunities internally, lots of training and Cert CII/various course study support.
Due to the urgent nature of these vcancies, interviews will be taking place in April.
