They are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Commercial Insurance Executive to join the team and play a key role in our business growth and development.

Role Overview:As an Account Executive, you will take the lead in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met through comprehensive insurance solutions and outstanding customer service. You will work closely with insurers to align with the company’s placement strategy, adding value to both clients and the insurer network. Additionally, you will contribute to the company’s growth by meeting retention targets, identifying new business opportunities, and mentoring junior team members to foster future talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing insurance solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with insurers, ensuring alignment with company placement strategy.
  • Actively support company growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing prospects.
  • Mentor and provide development to Account Brokers to build a high-performing, skilled team.
  • Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example and maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards, including processes and procedures.
  • Uphold high customer service standards and continuously drive improvements.
  • Deliver on individual objectives and contribute to the company's overall business targets.

Key Competencies:

  • Cert CII (progression to DIP CII preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge across all lines of business.
  • In-depth understanding of the insurance market and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in account development and financial acumen.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
