My client is a well-established law firm on the lookout for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.Job Description: As a Senior Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively, and maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a wide range of residential property matters from inception to completion.
  • Advising clients on all aspects of residential property transactions.
  • Conducting legal research and providing accurate, comprehensive advice.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other solicitors.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Managing and mentoring junior staff as required.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE in residential property law.
