- Manage and lead a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of residential property law, including sales, purchases, transfers, and leases.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, draft, and review legal documents, and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and timely progression of transactions.
- Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and support staff, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in residential property law and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to business development activities, including client retention and networking to attract new clients.
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in residential property law.
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex transactions with minimal supervision.
- Experience in mentoring and supervising junior team members is desirable.
